- Open your mail box and open the mail that you received from one drive.
- Code will be sent copy the code. If you have used phone number then you will receive code on your phone.
- Enter the code that you just received and then click on “Next” which is in blue color box.
- Now enter the new password. Password must be 8 – character minimum.
- Re-enter the same password.
- Then click on “Next” which is in blue color box.
Your password is changed and now you can use your account after clicking on “Next” which is in blue box.
